14 New Jalie Patterns
It’s a secret no longer, Jalie has launched 14 new Jalie patterns!
And, as a Jalie ambassador, I had “insider information” and was able to sew, test and write reviews for my choice of the new patterns.
I chose four;
- Bobbie, a cap sleeved top with an ingenious facing that doubles as a lining Its clever crop-top facing keeps the V neck against the body when you bend over!
- Emelie, a group of modern tee’s with great embellishments
- Lisette, a modern pencil skirt, super quick to sew, 3 views and two lengths!
- Rose, a sleeveless shirt with a two piece collar and a back pleat.
If you follow my blog, you know how much I love working with Jalie sewing patterns. It’s all about the fit, the instructions, and the details.
I have four posts ready, one for each of the 14 new Jalie patterns, one per day for four days. Tomorrow I’ll introduce you to;

hi Judy, this one is Emelie, which includes those cute ties on the sleeves, as well as a few other great embellishments. Tomorrow I’m reviewing Bobbie, and you’ll see why I love it so much.
Does Emelie have the same crop top inner fitting as well? This sounds like an ingenious design ……… Especially for “survivors” or anyone who wishes to retain some modesty. 😊
Hi Judy, Emelie does not have that facing, just Bobbie. For now. My review will show how ingenious it is!
I have one Jalie pattern and love the style on me. I’m not slender and am anxious to see all the 14 new patterns as I’m hoping a few more will appeal to me/my figure and age.
Hi Carol, of the 4 patterns that I tested and reviewed, 3 are tops, and none of them have a “close to the body” fit. I found all very flattering, modern, and tasteful.
