Jalie Rachel, I saw it, I wanted it, I made it, I love it. 

In the midst of my class preparations for the Fall CreativFestival, Jalie announced the up-coming release of a new pattern.

Like I said, I saw it, I love it, so I said “sure, I have time to make a sample”. I had just completed my samples for the Fall CreativFestival, most of my hand-outs were written, sew sure, I could squeeze in another sewing project.  The cardigan I adapted from Jalie’s Tee-shirt pattern was begging for a sleeveless top to wear underneath it. I had just bought a piece of red thin cotton/poly in the perfect colour, so “BAM”.  This is such a quick sew, less than 1 hour after cutting it out, and I was wearing it.  I LOVE the waist drape detail, it’s sooooooo flattering!

Like I said, I saw it, I want it, I made it, I love it, so I made another one.

Even with the cover-stitched hems and neck, it was a 2-hour finish!
